His films include Walking Too Fast (2010, 5 Czech Lions, 5 Czech Film Critics’ Awards), Who is Afraid of the Wolf (2008, Berlinale 2009, Best Film at the 2009 Finále Plzeň), Vendetta (2011, 4 Czech Lion nominations), Brats (2002, 7 Czech Lion nominations), Auto*Mate (2009, Viewers’ Award at the International Documentary Film Festival in Jihlava), Bear Islands (2009, Czech Lion nomination for Best Documentary) as well as the television programme Hotel Insomnia (2010) and the series Airport (2006 – 2007, nominated for the TýTý award), Přešlapy (adaptation of Uk series Cold Feet, 2009 – 2010), Miracles of Life (2010) and The Cabinet (2012). Winner of the Czech Film Award and Czech Film Critics’ Award for the film Walking Too Fast, member of EFA, ČFTA, APA. In 2002 he was named Producer on the Move at the Cannes Film Festival and in the same year became a member of the prestigious producers’ network ACE (Ateliers du Cinéma Europeén).
